If you have computer problems but don't want to be tied into an annual support contract then our Prepaid plan could be just what you're looking for.
Prepaid minutes are our alternative support service, specifically designed for companies who don't want to commit to an annual support contract yet still need occasional technical support.
How does it work?
Simply purchase your Prepaid minutes from us. These are then exchanged for technical support when you need it. That's it! There are no setup fees, no annual charges and no expiry date. When you run out simply buy more minutes!
What do my prepaid minutes entitle me to?
You can use your minutes for almost any type of technical support query and we will do our best to help you. You can get help via email, telephone and remote assistance (if you have the equipment available - we can help if you don't). Having prepaid support also entitles you to a preferential rate if you require on-site support.
Further Information
We deduct 1 minute from your prepaid time per minute of support for all time spent on the problem until it is resolved and the incident is closed.
For example, you phone or email in relation to a printer problem. We will issue you with an incident number and begin work on solving the problem. The incident number is your link to our record of everything that you have told us regarding the problem so that you will not have to repeat this information again. It will also allow our techies to see what actions have already been advised and the outcome of these actions.
